Abstract: The present work demonstrates that the amino acids present within HSA are primarily involved in interactions with GQD. Amino acids of subunit B and not subunit A are only involved in interaction with GQD. Moreover , the amino acids involved in interaction with GQD are much more for HSA compared to that of BSA. The nature of amino acids found for both BSA and HSA shall enormously useful towards successful development of nanobioconjugates, biosensors, drug-delivery system, bioimaging, structural biology-based devices etc.
