This thesis explores the design, optimization, and performance analysis of a multistage reactor system for industrial chemical processes. Multistage reactors are commonly employed in various industries due to their enhanced control over reaction kinetics and improved conversion rates. The study focuses on understanding how multiple stages can enhance overall performance, stability, selectivity, and efficiency compared to single-stage reactors. Through computational modelling, simulation, and experimental validation, the research aims to identify optimal conditions and configurations for different types of chemical reactions, such as catalytic, gas-liquid, and exothermic processes. Case studies in petrochemical synthesis, pharmaceutical production, and waste treatment are used to validate the applicability of multistage reactors in different industries. The results demonstrate the potential of multistage designs to enhance process efficiency, reduce energy consumption, and achieve higher product yields. This thesis concludes by recommending optimal design parameters and operating conditions for industrial applications, providing a framework for future research aimed at further optimizing multistage reactor systems and expanding their use in diverse chemical processes.en_US
